I may have been fresh out of the hospital, but we weren't about to miss out on our anniversary tradition yesterday 🥰

I swear, I've put more than 55 miles on this car.

Its gonna be above freezing today (barely, and tomorrow right back to cold) so that means Spring flowers, right?

It may be cold and getting ready to bombard us with snow and ice, but right now its Spring inside!

Still really nervous about yesterday, but we saw something awesome on the drive home, and Shawna got an amazing picture picture of it! Telling myself that this was a good omen! 😀

100% this. For whatever reason, this country is scared of a black woman as president, despite the fact that she was by far the most qualified candidate we've seen in a long time. Why the fuck are racism and misogyny still so prevalent in 2024?!?

Got to my polling site right at 6am, gladly stood out in the cold KC Fall rain queued up for an hour, won't regret it in the least if I'm coughing and sneezing for the next couple of days.
