Hey tracie! @notion.com can definitely be overwhelming at first but just start small! There is some great free templates on their website and if you have any specific question, I'd be happy to anwser them.

Also check out @mariepoulin.com on Youtube, she has some great videos on notion.

Hey Mike, formulas can be a headache sometimes lol! in the formula, just divide the product price by the resale price, then format it as a percentage. The issue is that you're multiplying it by 100, but the percentage format already does that—so you're 10000xing it. Let me know if that makes sense!

This is just one way to use this

Other ideas:

Auto-create periodic tasks
Archive resources you haven't used in a while
Trigger reminders for overdue items

Really cool update. Curious to hear how you guys might use it!

Then:

Set up a periodic automation to check for leads stuck in "proposal sent" for a month or more (by using filters, see videos) and automatically move them to "lost lead". You could have it run every day, week month, etc.

To make this work, you first need to:

Create a date property called "date of proposal"
Add a simple automation:

When a lead’s status changes to "proposal sent", set "date of proposal" to Now

Use case:

In my clients and leads database, I set up an automation that runs on a schedule. Every day, week, or month, it checks all leads that are still & have been in the "proposal sent" status for a month or more—meaning I haven't received a reply yet—and automatically moves them to "lost lead."

I like core ! Or something like Core documentation! Honestly just naming it SOP I feel would be enough. It lets people immediately know what it is 👍🏽
