If you can nail both mechanisms then you can probably grow quickly, especially given that barber business seems to lack a winner take all spirit.

Ideally you would have a mechanism that pulls in barbers into this network (own part of this business) and another that retains customers and rewards loyalty (free haircut after a period of time).
