Given the fact that I think the average person (regardless of gender) is straight up boring, I kind of accept that that will be a challenge for me as far as filtering in dating apps and chatting in person

But I’ve not yet accepted that your average man doesn’t give a shit about their own appearance

Tangent: I wish men had a societal expectation to care for their appearance to at least a similar effort level as women cause fuck there are so many crusty ass dudes out there and if they’re not crusty they’re so boring and I’m starting to get extremely annoyed by it lmao
