The Hague Invasion Act. America is insane. And yes, it appears Netanyahu is a “covered allied person” so even if the ICC detains him, the US have decided they can use ALL MEANS NECESSARY to release him (like invading netherlands). This goes for anyone working on behalf of the government of a US ally
