1: workout at least for 200cals and >5k steps daily

2: don't eat over 1200 even if you burned A LOT and not food over 175cals/100g

3: Omad (2mad for special occasions but have to burn it all)

4: No cheat or metabolism days (makes me binge)

5: Fast 23/1 during week and 17/7 on weekends
