DREDD (2012) is, for me, the better movie overall, but the production design and art direction for JUDGE DREDD is pretty much flawless, and we get an ABC Warrior droid.
Also, with the helmet on, Stallone is a perfect page-to-screen version of the character.

It breaks my heart that people are forced to die or go destitute thanks to how the US wealthcare system works.
As you said, the NHS isn't perfect, but it is pretty damn great. I was in-and-out of the hospital as a kid with Perthes Disease, and the NHS meant my parents didn't break financially.
