With the weakling of NWS and NOAA, (not to mention, that awful NYJ about Katrina’s 20 year anniversary), we all here in NOLA are very anxious about these dreadful summer months. It sucks.

Not sure what exactly third spaces are, but a lot of New Orleans public library have teen only areas, which seems nice.
