I have a cat (Freddie Purrcury) who has a similar shape. I often giggle at her tiny feet holding up her chonk of a body.

Many battles will be fought over possession of this gingerbread house.

My letter carrier handed me my mail today & asked, "Are you the Michelle Hebert who wrote a book?" I told him I am. He said, "I saw an article about it and recognized your name and went out to get it! I'm so excited to know a real author!"

I am a very famous author on this particular cul-de-sac 😂

Seems like the appropriate time to take this one out of my To Be Read pile.

In case anyone woke up needing a little brain cleanse and a little reminder that there is beauty in world worth seeking out and fighting for, here is a wee glimpse of waves at my favourite Nova Scotian beach. Breathe in. Smell the salt air. Prepare to fight.
