When police prioritize orders over consent and due process, there is no law and order, only fear and obedience.

This is not an isolated incident, but rather a matter of an agency granted broad powers of use of force and its subsequent control over public opinion. When ICE kills an American citizen in broad daylight, and federal authorities restrict its independent actions, the issue is in itself problematic.
