Been a week since I posted, but have unpacked a variety, mostly been relaxing. I have my PC, VR, piano, etc hooked up. Went for some walks and found a nice liminal tunnel. Today saw a roadrunner. Overall it has been good, some issues here and there, but making steady progress. Have an amazing day!

Been a week since I posted, but have unpacked a variety, mostly been relaxing. I have my PC, VR, piano, etc hooked up. Went for some walks and found a nice liminal tunnel. Today saw a roadrunner. Overall it has been good, some issues here and there, but making steady progress. Have an amazing day!
Day 53: Done with the move! Yippee! There are still a lot of boxes to unpack, but we are officially moved in. Got the truck emptied and returned by early afternoon. Unpacked and setup internet access again. Was also able to get my desktop VR setup working as well! All is coming along nicely. Cheers!

Day 53: Done with the move! Yippee! There are still a lot of boxes to unpack, but we are officially moved in. Got the truck emptied and returned by early afternoon. Day 52: Arrived at the house with the last truck that I drove towing one of the cars. Was not weighted correctly but got used to it and was able to drive faster in the latter half. Got car off the trailer, will return trailer tomorrow. Unpacked some trash and minor stuff. Almost done, final stretch!

Day 52: Arrived at the house with the last truck that I drove towing one of the cars. Was not weighted correctly but got used to it and was able to drive faster in the latter half. Got car off the trailer, will return trailer tomorrow. Unpacked some trash and minor stuff. Almost done, final stretch!
Day 51: Out of the house in a hotel currently and will do the full drive tomorrow morning. I had to do a lot of Tetris to get everything in. Will have to be careful taking it out but should be easy enough. Some pics during the packing and another moth. Final drive tomorrow. Almost done!

Day 50: Haven't left yet, but should hopefully potentially possibly maybe leaving tomorrow... Otherwise the pics show when I made ruts trying to reverse up the steep driveway. Saw a model A while returning the trailer temporarily. Got a variety packed but have a good bit more though... Tetris later.

Day 48: did not get done, but all of the last big stuff is in the truck. Just need to finalize few more boxes and then will be done. Loaded computer chairs, mattresses, big chair, among other boxes around to secure everything. Although it may take most of tomorrow to get done, it at least is closer.

Day 46: Got the dryer put into the truck and some stuff rearranged but mostly spent the day plastering some holes in the wall. While moving the dryer, saw this fuzzy orange moth with some white stripes.

Day 45: spent the day changing out the hot and cold line to the washing machine. It was welded to the copper pipe so had to hacksaw it off and use a coupler to connect the old and new threads. Have a paint stick gluing in place to help prevent the panel from falling. Also packed some into the truck.

Day 44: Got a 15 foot uhaul to load the remaining stuff. Will start packing it tomorrow. Here are a couple pics from the drive back.

Day 43: Finished unloading the truck and got some stuff ready for when we arrive with the last truck worth of stuff. I also was able to unpack my desktop but do not have it plugged in or set up yet. Will get it more when we finish the move.

Day 42: Unloaded about 95% of the truck. Just have the refrigerator and some china boxes in the attic. So will be done pretty quick tomorrow. Then can rearrange stuff here some and head back the following day to get the last load of stuff.

Day 41: Packed a few last things in the truck. Took it down to the new house and will unpack it tomorrow. My room is officially empty except for the pillow and few things I will need until the end. I was driving a different vehicle following the uhaul this time too.

Day 40: Packed as much as we could today, filling some dvd, tall, china, and other cabinets, also securing stuff around it. Will pack some final stuff in the morning and take this load down while the remaining items are getting put into boxes. Then will be one final partial truck after to be done.

Day 39: Packed boxes and totes then tied it off with boxsprings. Hopefully can pack more of the furniture tomorrow, we will see though. Might have to take this truck worth down, and then get another one after, not sure yet.

Day 38: Put boxes on the shelves of bookcases and put them front to front and back to back packing as much as we could on the shelves. Were able to fill the 7 and a partial bookcases. Tomorrow around that will put boxes and totes to fill the space then can get the rest of the furniture.

Day 37: Friend was able to come pick up the stuff we were not keeping and some stuff to throw away. We also finished the attic area in the truck. Can now work getting some other big furniture in. Did some other things around the house, changing out faucets and other sink stuff. Last is a sunset pic.

Day 35: Taped up 4 boxes from the stuff that was wrapped prior days and put them in the attic of the uhaul. Packed another kitchen box of pots and pans. Then started wrapping up the glass for a coffee table that will also go in the attic.

Day 33: Wrapped a few other breakables, but spent time rearranging things in garage to make space for when people pickup the stuff we are not keeping. Talked with author friend for few hours reading part 1 of book 4. Lastly a nostalgia tv that I used to play Nintendo and such on, still works too.

Day 32: Wrapped more plates and breakable kitchen stuff. I should have taken a before and after to show how tightly I wrap stuff, but here is some of them done.

Day 29: Spent a few different times today trying to get the truck protected so that the rain would not ruin anything inside. We wound up putting some towels at the door, and tied down a tarp from the deck over the truck. So far it's keeping the rain out. In the evening wrapped some other breakables.

Day 27: Got larger furniture somewhat packed (rough positions to get an eye on sizing) but still have around 25 other to move, and all of the boxes still.

Day 25: Bubble wrapped the china and helped prep some other glass to put in boxes tomorrow. Did not pack any in the truck yet, needed the breakables done first to put in the attic of the truck. Also here are some pictures from the drive back with the old truck. Last pic is the area that had the fire

Day 23: Spent the morning getting the rest of the truck unpacked. Was able to catch some of the Girl_DM_ Bday stream. Rest of the day was prepping, moving boxes and such around, to free up space and be ready for the last truck of stuff. Another week ish and I will be officially moved in.
