Sept 18, 2020 : the first time I ever took myself to the ER for suicidal ideation with a plan. I spent 1.5 weeks in an inpatient facility, with no caffeine, horrible migraines, RBG died, no access to my family, all during COVID. Then onto partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient therapy.

Got this from a buddy on another social site. Most of the other progressive Americans on there were like, yeah, sign us up. We will take equal rights for everyone, better education and healthcare if it means being occupied by Europe, Canada and Mexico. I don't think it's gonna take 11 years though.

On the DoD website you can still find the web page of the black maleMedal of Honor recipient everyone was up in arms about. You cannot however find info about Native American women or gays.

In DC there were protests today. On the way to the National Mall, I ran into the nice folks protesting in support of USAID. I met up with the Vets and supporters at the Mall. I was proud to have met the very decorated gentleman Ed German and his new friend Lee Lane.
