Just saw a 30th anniversary screening of "It's Pat" with a q&a after by Julia Sweeney and brother I was so heartbroken hearing her talk about how people hated the film, "I think they invented the Razzies to give them to me". Anyway that movie whips ass. Happy Anniversary Pat ♥️

I was looking for the "Fade" comic as well and saw the reddit post that had mentioned they too were looking for the comic and how it was compelling and nostalgic for them. I wanted to reach out and express the same. I was probably far too young to be reading it when I found it online as a pre-teen, but it was compelling and exciting and inspiring to me all the same. I just wanted to thank you for creating that comic. It was a huge inspiration for me creating my own comics (including my own Gorillaz comics I'd show my friends) and finding my own creativity within myself. I'm an adult now who works in the entertainment industry in various capacities and your story with Fade and The Gorillaz played part in sparking some of that creativity. (I also noticed your novels on Amazon and will be purchasing immediately)! Just mostly wanted to say thank you for putting your art online and sharing it. Outside of The Mark Taper forum in Los Angeles. The forum is built with cement(?) bricks and has a shallow pool of water around it. Outside of the entrance is a neon sign lit up that says "Green Day's american Idiot" with neon stars under it. It's reflected in the water below. The text is white aside from "american" which is red. In the "o" of idiot is the symbol of the album, the "heart grenade" - a red , graphic grenade shaped like a heart behind held by a white hand, that grips it.

Considering going into the bumper sticker making business. Heres my first one for the holiday season:
