Got the garden planted today. 80 #tomatoes - 6 varieties, a dozen #peppers - sweet banana & bell, a dozen squash and zucchini, and #sunflowers for my pollinators (and me, frankly). All in all, around 100 plants I started a couple months ago in the house and some seeds.

Went to urgent care yesterday for my cold. When you have a condition like #MuscularDystrophy you have to be proactive. & since it's a snow day I slow cooked some beef for 7 hours for beef and barley soup with toasted sourdough. I also made a little southern cough syrup for my throat. #food #snow
