I quit drinking (again) on Dec. 1st but ended up having a few beers over the Xmas/New Year week. Literally just a few, maybe 8 max, spread over about 7 or 8 days. Barely even caught a buzz that week. But I reset the counter on my app on New Year’s Day. So today is my 7th back at it. Feels good! 🚫🍺😉👍🏼
