Eclipse is on 🌑 I got a new phone a bit back. Sadly, the camera doesn't seem to be as good because this is the best it could do...or maybe it's operator error and I haven't figured out where they moved the damn settings 🤔 LOL

Tonight's insomnia bake is a vanilla raspberry cake, raspberry buttercream, chocolate ganache drizzle, and a chocolate raspberry Ghirardelli chocolate square. It is delicious.
Sadly, the buttercream split when I added the raspberry...I'm sure Paul Hollywood would not approve 😂

Such a gray day but nice to get out...I had to enhance one of these to add a bit of color (and needed some water to recharge...helped a little but I do need to get to a beach soon 😊)
