I recently finished Poutine by Justin Giovannetti Lamothe. I liked reading about his and his father's journeys through the Quebec heartland trying to find the origins of this oh-so-good dish, and discussing whether poutine can be considered Canadian cuisine.

I recently finished Poutine by Justin Giovannetti Lamothe. I liked reading about his and his father's journeys through the Quebec heartland trying to find the origins of this oh-so-good dish, and discussing whether poutine can be considered Canadian cuisine.
