as a therapist who works in the justice system, it’s so awful seeing every dem focus on validation and not accountability. accountability and action are therapeutic, we cannot focus solely on the validation of emotions without taking actionable step to address and resolve those emotions.

why are you telling us these things and not doing something about it? you have more power and influence than the common american does as an elected official and yet you are wasting your breath telling us things we already know.
