At least we don’t have anyone this year like Peter Gammons dropping Walker in his last year and saying on MLBN that he hoped Walker got in. PG used 6 votes that year so it wasn’t like he didn’t have room

The anon ballots have been solid this year. AJ/CB at 7/11, Wags 8/11, CC/Ichiro 11/11. Could be encouraging. Still think CB and AJ wait till next year but CB isn’t ruled out for this year yet

Any chance we have a large drop in public vs private like last year? All three inductees has a double digit drop in public vs private and I think mauer dropped 20%. If drops like that happen, would Wagner still get in?
