Today’s meditation mantra: peace begins with me. Like a lot of you, I’m struggling after the election but ultimately, raging internally about things I can’t control has eroded my peace. Peace begins with me and I choose to but the rage aside and find a product forward that keeps my inner peace 🙏🏼

I beat the winter scaries by watching shows where people live in much worse conditions. Like Alaska or northern Canada. Like yeah it’s dark and cold but it’s not THAT dark and cold.
