Further suggesting there's not a whole lot of difference between the two parties.

I noticed earlier they made their acct on IG private and turned off tagging and comments after the blowback on this. (Or maybe they just blocked me 😂)

Agreed. And yet I didn't see them whining about how horrible it was while simultaneously voting yes. They were mostly all just horrible and voted yes without pretending to care. She pretended to care. And doesn't. For me, that hypocrisy is worse.

On the contrary, many cities have free buses (and NYC buses have been free before); military bases already run private markets and many states have govt run liquor stores; rent has been frozen in the past...none of this is new.

Jeffries has needed to go for a while now. Also one of the 128 who voted not to impeach—and the only one from NYC to do so. He's Republican lite.

For clarification: You toast your bread for a PB&J? Is that because you keep it in the fridge? S'pose the appeal for me in using the traditional stacked method is that's how my Grammy did it and any other method seems heretical. Somehow. 🙃

Wow. Your timing is incredible. Thank you. And also 💜

Wait. You put peanut butter on one slice and jelly on the other slice? You don't stack the two in order on one slice and then cover it all with the clean slice? Ohhhh. I'm much too tired to throw a punch but this is very unsettling.

I don't know if the book's stupid or not. I do know he stood at a pc and whined there was nothing they could do because it wasn't "their govt" anymore S'cuse me? 1. Govt is ours. The people. Not theirs. The politicians. 2. If there's "nothing" you can do, get out. Go home. Why you still here?

I went out today and bought lavender tea and earl grey tea. Absolutely no idea what I'm doing—doing it anyway!

100% agree. The other three are owned. Even Hakeem. That one hurt. Sigh.

While caught up in fear/despair over the flurry of EOs meant to distract and tie up congress, let's not forget his evil militant minions who now think they've license to harass (and worse) marginalized peoples on the daily. They're already coming out of their caves.

Oh my goodness no. I'm not a fan of either!

So you think the Dems are innocent in all this? Interesting

I'm old enough to remember when this was released. It's a forever favorite. Brilliant choice. 🤣

THIS.
January 20, 2025 at 2:14 AM
Agreed. Though I say this is true of both parties. They're all grifters. (Save maybe a handful...)
