Tried a dessert champagne. It was good even though I prefer regular champagne. Kinda like a more palatable moscato.
Add an acid if you want to cut the sweetness and have it feel like regular champagne. I’ll try making a cocktail with it in the morning

Really, really enjoyed this remake. Can’t say that for most remakes and reboots we get.
Minus a point for Spike once again finger wagging at the youth 🙄 (see also: Red Hook Summer(2012)). I agreed with him at times but still disliked it. That said, he’s a boomer and his boomer demo loved that

I’m not a big egg consumer—like, I’ll go months without buying or eating eggs—so I can justify spending the extra dollar or two on blue eggs because I find their shells and orange yolks visually more appealing.
