I was diagnosed with ME/CFS after my last bout of COVID in January and it has been hell. The inexplicable exhaustion and the way it hits me at the most random times is so incredibly frustrating. And the only thing bloodwork shows is a low vitamin B level. Otherwise, on paper, I’m perfectly healthy.🙃
