What is your favorite way to cleanse your own energy / your self?

I'll go first! Mine is to get in water. Maybe a bath to soak or shower to rinse everything away. Putting my feet in a creek or a puddle after a storm. Swimming for sure!

What is your favorite way to cleanse a space? I LOVE taking stuff out and rearranging it and / or decluttering. I also love a smoke cleanse as well, but moving it all around / getting rid of stuff changes the energy so fast!

You may never learn about your human design and thats okay. The cool thing is watching people who are so deeply connected to their bodies and its answers because it is always in alignment with their human design regardless of if they have knowledge of the system.

Listening to and honoring your body is revolutionary work. Our patterns and stories are held first and foremost in our BODIES. Then we hear them in our minds. When we connect to our bodies and respond from them instead of over riding them with our minds - thats ground breaking.
