As much as this infuriates people, they are above the law. The president has given them the green light to do any and all illegal activities as long as they are doing their job. Until we get rid of ice, permanently, this won't stop.

We are already footing the bill for Duke's horrible coal ash problem. And a utility monopoly is not helping. Stop the monopoly, encourage more clean energy solutions, and how about requiring existing utilities to clean up their acts for future generations, not just the existing messes.
