Continued* your highlights will have slight color changes. They won't be all white! This is key. I also always do highlights last. The higher range of values and a strong contrast of light and dark will add more depth. Things don't look shiny until the end when I add the highlights. It's magic!

Hi! I've spent the last 10 years painting Mylar, balloons, cellophane and anything shiny. It is so important to get your shadows and highlights in there. Your highlights will be nice and crisp while your mid tones will have softer edges and blend together more. Highlights will have slight color
