I'm sure it's somewhere, but since that isn't a fandom you'd be searching not by fandom but by regular tag. Worth a look. (I only rarely venture into the original work "fandom," it can really be anything in there)

I'm pretty sure it's to keep bots and spam down, it's a little inconvenient but it's only like a week wait so I didn't care. If it's worth archiving now it's still worth archiving a week from now. Gives you more time to think about proper tagging and a title.

It's a pretty transparent ploy though, I don't know how they've gotten away with it so long.
