I know some personally but they are largely an online thing. Most of the non-Trotskyist American communist parties unironically push Russian propaganda and have ties with the Russian communist party… Which is also a tool of the Russian state.

I will never understand MLs who support Russia. It is capitalist oligarchy embodied in a state.
