I don't think they're lying at all. I think it's outrageous that they're spending over $100m on salaries out of donations of $158m while begging for money as if they're in danger

if you want 58% of your donation to be spent on salaries and benefits, sure, go ahead. but the lights are not going to go off any time soon when the Wikimedia Foundation has $82m in pure cash and their internet hosting costs are $3m a year. they spend almost twice that on travel and conferences

there were six Charley films and none of them were about streets. perhaps you're thinking of Tufty the Squirrel? either way, even if every driver is following the Highway Code to the letter we still need to teach children how to cross the road safely
