But - back to happier things - overall, I had a great time with Veilguard. As a Dragon Age fan since the first game, I’m sad to see the saga come to a close - but what an ending.

I think it will be influential on the next generation of RPGs in a lot of ways.

Sure, it had its rough edges, but when it was at its best, it was next level good. Some of the moments in the main story missions where everything comes together stand out as some of the most memorable “feel like you’re in a movie” moments of anything I’ve played.

What do you call it when you finish a game and now you’re sad that you don’t get to hang out with the characters anymore? Cause I’m seriously getting that from #DragonAge #Veilguard

Went to see the MSO performing The Force Awakens score tonight - I’d forgotten how exciting and thrilling that movie is! Was so great to hear the audience reacting to to all the best moments too.

And of course that score!!!

I like how microwave plates have always looked the same. And probably always will. One true certainty in life.

Why does the iLok installer still look like this though?

My favourite sound today is this Juno preset "Lily's Dreams" from Analog Lab.

Shouldn’t it be this? Or is this an Australian variant?

If you're an Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts member, I’d be thrilled if you’d consider voting for Residence for Best Independent Film.

I had the privilege of scoring this extraordinary multi-year passion project, created by an amazing team who went above and beyond.

Orchestral programming tip: Try turning up the release at the end of a phrase so you get all that nice ring-out.
