I'm not so sure. If your visas and everything are completely in order, then no problem. But why take the risk of there being a paperwork error and ending up in a Detention Center in the USA? It's a shame because my wife has relatives in North Carolina. And we don't feel that go there anymore

It's the perception of risk. I'm from the UK and my wife is American. Neither of us feel safe visiting the US.
