Downstream from that…closed rural hospitals means city hospitals(already on diversion most of the time) are overrun (plus dumped old folks from closed nursing homes) =no healthcare for rich and city dwellers too. young? Not immune from car wrecks/trauma injury. no one’s an island, it hurts us all
