TLDR: I’m in burnout, my streams will be less and unpredictable. I’m still up for collabs. Work can fire itself into the sun.
Update Hey friends. Funny that I started writing this on Monday and then do a massive overhaul because a lot of things have been happening behind the scenes. Basically, according to my therapist and a couple of my autism plush coaches- I have been in “low grade” autistic burnout for potentially a few years, and I need to address it as soon as possible. Because it’s getting to a point especially at work where I have become disengaged, stressed out and I come home barely functioning. It’s resulting in skill regression that’s been happening for a few years now and I’m fucking scared. I’m looking into getting a sick note to be signed off work to start recovery, and I’m looking to reduce streams into an unpredictable schedule to aid this. The most important thing to do right now is to reduce the amount of demand to the minimum that requires me to mask and adapt around society that is not designed for autistic people. All and all, though I cannot fully explain what’s going on at work- my days there are numbered. Whether it’s to leave for another job, sign off sick etc, I don’t think I can survive there any longer unless I take drastic action. Too long that I have not been listened to, not been taken seriously, had little to no proven recognition of the efforts I’ve put into my work and my desire for progression has been ignored. It has destroyed my work ethic, my energy to function, my faith in management and my wellbeing. Because of my mask dropping and my frustration rising I’ve already been snapping at my partners, my parents, my tabletop group and my online friends. And at work I’ve been snapping at my colleagues, slowly snapping at my managers and it will be a matter of time before I snap at a customer and I will definitely be thrown under the bus despite tell tale signs and warnings that something is wrong. I don’t know how long it will take for me to get back into things. But it definitely isn’t a graduation post, or me throwing the towel in streaming. I need the time to focus on myself and my recovery. I’m still open to collabs, tabletop etc as I still want to be surrounded by loved ones and friends and it is indeed a special interest that I still engage with. Otherwise, expect me here less often. Speak soon friends. This isn’t goodbye. It’s see you real soon 💖

Another update and a not so fancy schedule for this week!

orst of it has passed, I didn’t come back to streaming over the weekend as I hoped due to another incident happening with family and prioritising doing a ruthless declutter in the newly painted living room, which that is nearly done to make way for the new sofa coming in AND a new office chair to match the colours. It has honestly been another stressful weekend, though I had a nice time during the week with the puglets whilst taking on advice from work, autism plus and my therapist to take it easy and take care of myself first. I’m back streaming this week with more soul link shenanigans and Dokapon Kingdom, and this Friday I will be kick starting the 500 follower celebration with my first playthrough of Cuphead! What will I do for the 600 followers celebration- not a fucking clue. I’m brainstorming some ideas though. Mwah~ 💖

Just an update of what’s going on friends 💖 I’m okay I just have a lot going on
Hey friends! The last couple of weeks had taken a toll on me especially this week with my mental health. It has been overwhelming with getting the living room ready for painting this weekend, work been stressful to the point of feeling ill before even going in because of the uncertainty of what I’ll be doing, focusing nearly all of my time with the Nuzlocke tournament and getting stressed out with it with so many days to go, and a couple of family circumstances. On top of that I’ve been dealing with Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) due to a job interview that happened on Friday for a progression I wanted to get into at work (at another branch) and I didn’t get it, so I’ve been dealing with that too so I can regulate my emotions safely. So I’ve been neglecting my schedule, neglecting the streams and content on Fansly, and everything else. And having lost two followers for my celebration of 500 followers to be under… yeah. Upsetting tbh. Once I get the painting sorted for the living room, and having done with the tournament after next Sunday- I should be able to function again. In the meantime I will be going dog sitting again from next Monday to Friday (2nd - 6th June). I will still be able to partake in current collabs I’m part of. Thank you for sticking by me whilst I’m trying to get my shit together. Love you all! Mwah~ 💖
