regardless of if you rescue her or not her dropped sword and shield can be found in other places serving as a warning of the nearby dangers like seeing them next to quicksand or next to an ominous hole in the wall or ground or next to a "Beware of dog" sign or next to the princess

what if if you help her she can join your party and when she does so you notice that she also shows up as a useable inventory item so you use her on yourself and you get fully healed but now she's missing from the party

Imagine your cute blue mage girl gets swallowed by something and then you rescue her and she learns swallow from being swallowed and then later she gets confused or charmed and uses swallow on your party

I feel like Blue Mage has the capacity to be freaky depending on what monster skills they could learn, like if they could learn any kind of devour or swallow from giant sandworms or something.
