Giving up caffeine? You can still hang out in coffee shops serving great food and decaf. Giving up alcohol? You can still hang out with friends for a night out. Health doesn’t mean giving up fun. In fact life is hardly worth living without it. Only eliminate the stuff you don’t like. Keep the good.

Magic coffee at the new Kinder Coffee cafe in Sauk Rapids. I used to play guitar @ open mic when it was Rock Creek Cafe. Coffee still spectacular, but now I do Matcha latte!
