Notifications: one of the most widespread yet poorly implemented features. Format, personalisation, usefulness, intent — none of these are properly addressed.

A useful dashboard is yet to be created. I’d push for ‘headless’ dashboards: timely, meaningful, and actionable notifications upon business events.
