I had no idea how much I missed the water. Its not the Great Lakes, but it was enough. Standing out there, feet locked by the waves. It felt like I was home again. Nothing more grounding in the whole world.

Took a trip up to Salem. I wanted to see the area again and get a taste of post Samhain. I think it would be so nice to have a shop up there... ahh, dreams.

Random thought: Of course, you're the one moving the pendulum through micro movements of your hand... but what's moving you? When we communicate with spirit (big or little s) we commune with them. As such, is it not within the possibility that they are moving our hand?

I got the the email from the state! Its official! The Hermetic Apothecary is approved and we're one step closer to being able to get into local shows and markets. Just need to get insurance figured out and I'll be all done on this front!

Got to love those days where just everything is too damn much. Evwn the sound of someone chewing or dropping a can into the garbage makes me want to scream. Why must my nervous system be this way. I'd really love to be able to just relax.

I am seriously tempted to start posting little ghost stories from the things I'm learning with the tour and the area. I really love this stuff and wish there was like... a real career path for it lol

Its wild to me living in an area that has ravens. Waking up to the sound of croaks every now and then. It feels special and kind of magical. I'm going to start leaving peanuts out for them and the crows again.

Time to make a Samhain oil! After this blend is done infusing, I'll mix it with my essential oil blend that I have sitting aside. This blend is meant for opening the ways between worlds while also staying protected and grounded.

I feel like my brain is in a blender. I cant think straight and I think maybe im just overwhelmed. I did end up getting tickets for the visit so im glad for that. I think it's just a lot all at once.
