Bambulab doesn’t require you to send data to china either. The whole security focus was forced upon bambulab in the beginning by the same userbase who were going absolutely bonkers over the fact that local network traffic to the printer was unencrypted. (Not that a focus on security is a bad thing).

I used ghost for a while and moved back to Wordpress. Ghost only works properly when using their hosting service and most of all, their (mailgun) mailservices. So ghost is nicer to write in and has better user management. But the mailgun lock-in isn’t worth it in my experience.

If there are any, companies that offer refurbishing kits to make older equipment “connected” prolonging the lifetime of the equipment and reducing e-waste.
