Just ridiculous, the whole thing was a complete nonsense. Not one single FA leader knew about that award until it was announced. I still find it laughable that whilst in Singapore last year, the random hotel we booked for 3 nights was host to a FIFA Integrity conference. I'll leave that with you all

Whose was the more heroic, Ireland or Scotland's? Can't believe it was 1998 that they were last in the WC. In the upstairs bar, Princess Charlotte bar in Leicester, vs Brazil. Great atmosphere

You're right but I still feel numb. We were listening to it in the car in a carpark at the end, went mental for the 2nd and then Tottenham happened. Really happy for said players though like you say. Hopefully that will be the kickstart we needed at home

It would help however if there was anything worth watching on a regular basis. We don't spend time on multiple streaming platforms and there's such a dearth of original programming now. It's all police this, ambulance that, sort of reality stuff. It's all so depressing so we end up not bothering

Oooooh. I don't know how I feel about this tbh. So are so many stop starts that have been introduced now it's becoming more like cricket. Slight exaggeration I know but you get the point.
