It's a gut punch to have someone come online, from I believe a good place, but entirely misread the situation and to then pit Ukraine at the same level as russia after everything that has happened.

I've been following extremely closely since before the invasion of crimea, and within that time really deepened my knowledge of the history and current modus operandi of putin's russia.....

Very true in that's what trump pretty much tried, the revised deal is a lot more tolerable though still very shameful act of the USA under trump.

1) Serbia in 2011 (I think) became a partner state to CSTO, russia's version of NATO, right on NATOs border and NATO didn't invade Serbia. Unlike yourself, I do not believe that should be an excuse to do so.
