UK based - agree going with majority of respondents who say cab is significantly separate from the storage area, it's a lorry.

If all one frame, it's a Van. Pic below shows my rough delineation. Although ironically, @ work our 'van run' we do with collections etc, is in lorry by that definition.

It's got bread in the name, so I tolerate it. A teacake has fruit in it (unless it's a tunnock's teacake, which is a deliciousness all of it's own. And its still not a bread roll)
