Doesn't matter. These are common. Cheap office & housing at construction sites, small companies, farms, etc. Thousands of truck drivers are asked to pick one of these up and deliver them somewhere every day. Looks like Ukraine wants the Russians to waste time checking trucks, not something else.

If nothing else, they tie up a lot of air defence systems which could otherwise be allocated to the front. They also disrupt Russian air operations, reducing their effectiveness. So even if hitting something valuable is just a nice bonus, the drone strikes still have a major impact.

Looks like it dropped flares (and probably chaff) when intercepted. The old Hawk wasn't impressed. 😂

Every denied or delayed support to Ukraine increase the probability of a future direct confrontation between NATO and Russia. Enabling Ukraine to end the war on their terms is the best way to avoid a far worse war.
