Getting back in my body is the first step

Every time I ask myself how I’m feeling these days, my answer is usually “sad and scared”.

I think it’s safe to say at this point that everyone is feeling it. It’s a deep, visceral feeling tying knots in our stomach & filling us with grief & dread.

Here are some things that helps me to keep going!
