I am so happy your husband is in recovery, my significant other has his 1st appt in April to hopefully start his road to recovery too. In the 14yrs we have been together he hasn't ever been officially sober, just moments in-between relapses. If he don't continue therapy this time, I will be leaving.

Thank you! I am working on setting up a group for other parents/guardians that are having problems with the school too. The only road block I see is that I think I will have to set it up on FB until I can convert people to here.

I fought through my anxiety & went to court to fight the school on my son's absences. The school refuses to acknowledge that he has Autism which causes him to have school anxiety. He will literally shut down & I can't get him to go. They lit a fire in me that I didn't know I had.

I miss my therapist... Thanks to United Healthcare I can't see him anymore. He was an addiction specialist & helped me understand that my hubby's addiction is his & I can't fix it no matter how much I try to love him through it. I beat myself up so much every time he would relapse
