Obviously I can’t say what things will be like for you but I remember when I was diagnosed feeling hopeless about the future. It does get better.

For me, following a strict workout plan with a physical therapist and working on the anxiety and stress around POTs with a mental therapist completely changed things. It took a while but I’m ~5 years from diagnosis and feel “normal” 95% of the time.

Hey I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. It’s unfair and you should take all the time you need. I just wanted to say that there is hope that you can recover to a significant degree and that there’s definitely hope that you can adjust to life with POTs with time.
