people who menstruate should know of menstrual extraction(ME). It can be a great way to avoid periods esp if heavy or it hasn’t come yet.. almost up to 6-8wks after your period was supposed to start. How irregular! you can even DIY it. ofc you should have someone knowledgeable assist you!
