Moscow is claiming that Ukraine successfully used ATACMS to strike a weapons arsenal in Bryansk. Russia has amended their nuclear doctrine in a last ditch attempt to deter the West from helping Ukraine strike back at valid military targets inside Russia.

Moscow is claiming that Ukraine successfully used ATACMS to strike a weapons arsenal in Bryansk. Russia has amended their nuclear doctrine in a last ditch attempt to deter the West from helping Ukraine strike back at valid military targets inside Russia.
