The No rim protection thing is the big one for me. The current level of OKC’s play is maybe the best I’ve ever seen them. If they play like this, I don’t really see them losing a 7 game series

I’m a bit scared of the Lakers. I feel like for years our biggest under the radar flaw is the lack of perimeter size. Something the lakers have in spades

He certainly didn’t last year. I don’t see how anyone can go into the postseason feeling comfortable about the non-Shai minutes

I’d say no. Haven’t gotten a chance to read the column yet. That said, while his defense has been all NBA level, his offense has taken a step back. 2pt and 3pt % have cratered, especially over the last 20 games. OKC is gonna need a lot more from his half court offense in the postseason.

If the suns and spurs play .500 the rest of the way, the pels would have to go 33-9. Obviously it’s hard to tank on the court, but their season is over. Would behoove them to get as juicy of a pick as possible

One could argue they do need this. They have no chance of making the play in, so might as well lose as many games as possible and gun for a top 5-7 pick
