If you’re voting on Election Day—Tuesday, November 4—polls are open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. If the polls close and you are in line by 9 p.m., you have the right to vote.

According to a new report by the United Hospital Fund, the proposed cuts to Medicaid and Affordable Care Act funding in the budget reconciliation bill, that could pass in Congress this week, could reduce support for these NYS programs by $13.5 billion, affecting close to 1.5 million people. (3/4)
