I even have a Moon boy.
A statuette of the boy from the game, moon, sits on a kitchen counter. It is hat with shoes and gloves in a seated position but with no body, so it appears that the clothes are all floating. A brass moon plaque ode leaning against the grassy base the boy sits on.

Yeah mine was 6ft tall, too. At the beginning of art school, I got this one.

It was a lot of flesh for one man’s wall.

It was cold today. But that just won't dampen this guy's spirits.
Bosley, a dog, is a black Golden Retriever/Boston mix, and is standing on green artificial turf. Smile 2: extremely effective sequel that delivers on the original’s premise and then some.

Naomi Scott delivers a convincing performance as both an overworked pop mega star and a guilt-ridden accident survivor quite literally hounded by demons.

When I'm just plowing through ideas, I rely on Obsidian's ability to create links to files that don't exist yet and then, as they progress through various stages in my "garden", I build maps of content (MOCs) so they can be referenced in any number of ways.

Graph views also help to visualize.

Something I've been using @obsidian.md for lately: sketching out the logical layout of the home media server I've been building on a canvas. I can flesh out individual notes as things solidify.

The combination of spatial + context relational notes really helps me understand what I'm doing.

Also revisited Fah talai jone - Tears of The Black Tiger (2000) the other night. I just love its blend of magic realism, comedy, romance, and gunslinging!
Two gunslingers faceoff in a golden field of knee-high grass, the furthest one framed by a literally painted sky of blue and gold hues, emanating from a perfect circle around his shoulders as a single tree leans to one side, providing all lines of focus to this figure. You ever watch a film 30 years ago that you haven’t been able to completely remember?

Like a fever dream. Or a damaged .jog.

Nadja (1994) is that film for me. And no matter how many times I watch it, the feeling remains the same.

Bosley birthday update!

He ran around with so many friends in the dog park!

He got special treats from the lady at the dog store!

He ate a giant birthday biscuit!

Today is Bosley’s second birthday!

This guy.
Bosley is a black dog with a shock of white fur on his chest. He has small floppy ears, brown eyes, and a pronounced nose.
